At FOCUS Soccer Academy, we take great pride in our coaching staff and their ability to provide high-quality training for young athletes. To be a part of our coaching team, coaches must meet certain requirements:
COACH REQUIREMENTS

Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience

Hold certifications in CDC Heads Up and U.S. Safesport

Must pass background police checks

Capable of remaining calm and focused in challenging situations

Committed to continuous learning and self-improvement

Demonstrates patience, a nurturing teaching approach, and a deep understanding and passion for the sport of soccer

VOLUNTEERS
At FOCUS Soccer Academy, we value the contributions of volunteers and welcome their involvement in our training sessions. Our volunteers often include parents and ex-players who have a passion for the sport and want to give back to the community. We believe that involving volunteers can create a positive and supportive environment for young athletes.
However, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our young athletes and require that all volunteers undergo background police checks before they can participate in our programs. This helps ensure that only individuals with a clean record and who meet our safety standards are allowed to work with our young athletes.
We appreciate the valuable support that our volunteers bring to our training sessions and believe that their involvement can make a significant difference in the overall experience of our young athletes. Our coaches work closely with volunteers to provide a safe and positive training environment, ensuring that each athlete receives the attention and guidance they need to reach their full potential.
